為達成厚植學生英語能力、強化教師 EMI 教學能量，以邁向國際化大學之願景，落實我國 2030 雙語政策。
本校整合行政及教學資源，擴充設置「雙語教學推動資源中心」，永續推動雙語教學、提升學生雙語能力、培養學生具備國際移動力與全球素養，並組成「國際化推動策進會」 營造雙語環境，建構校內 EMI 支持系統及學生英語能力資源體系。

To achieve the vision of developing students' proficiency in English, and to strengthen the teaching capacity of our teachers' EMI, and to realize our vision of becoming an international university, we are planning a "Bilingual Learning Program for College Students - Universal Enhancement School" in accordance with the "School Development Plan and School Level Bilingual Policy", to implement Taiwan's 2030 Policy on Bilingualism. At the same time, the school has consolidated its administrative and teaching resources, set up an additional Bilingual Education Advocacy Center, and formed an Internationalization Promotion Council to create a bilingual environment, as well as an internal EMI support system and a student English proficiency resource system.

中心設置下列各組，分別辦理有關事項：

(1)雙語教學推動組：負責雙語教學課程之規劃與推動。

(2)雙語教學資源組：負責國內外雙語教學資源之導入與運用、雙語教學環境之營造與優化。

(3)雙語教學品保組：負責雙語教學品質之評鑑與保證。

(4)雙語教學網路組：負責雙語教學網路平臺之建置與維護。

另設置「雙語教學推動諮詢小組」，提供雙語教學之專業意見諮詢。

The Center has the following teams to deal with the respective issues:

1. Promotion of Bilingualism: The Dean of International and Cross-Strait Affairs is the leader of this group, which is responsible for the promotion of bilingual Programs and teaching.
2. Resources for Bilingual Teaching: The Director of the Center for Language Teaching & Research is the leader of this group, which is responsible for supporting bilingual teaching resources of domestic and abroad.
3. QA Section for Bilingual Teaching and Learning: The Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development is responsible for the overall quality assurance of bilingual teaching and learning.
4. The Network Team for Bilingual Education: The Director of the Computer and Network Center is the leader of this team, to assist in the development and maintenance of the network platform for bilingual education.

NCNU has a Bilingual Learning and Teaching Advisory Group under the Bilingual Education Advocacy Center, to provide professional advice and assistance.
